Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric-Ginger Cleanser

This cleansing and anti-inflammatory drink tastes like a mixture of lemon-lime gatorade and lemonade. You can drink it as is or add other ingredients such as sparkling water, real cranberry juice or fresh strawberries to name a few.

  • 4 lemons
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 inch piece turmeric
  • 8 cups water
  • 2-3 dropper fulls of SweetLeaf lemon stevia
  • Limes for garishing
  1. Juice 3 lemons, ginger and turmeric.
  2. Pour juice into a pitcher and add water.
  3. Add 2-3 droppers full of lemon stevia.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with sliced lemon and limes.
