Sam’s mom got this recipe from a chef at one of their favorite Asian restaurants, The Mustard Seed. It is a delicious gluten-free dressing that can be used on salads, noodles, salmon, vegetables and much more.
AND it’s a perfect compliment to the Spring Roll Salad Sam came up with. Genius idea, right? It’s more than just removing the rice paper… promise.. especially with this dressing!

Ginger Dresssing

Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Tamari
- ⅓ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup diced celery
- 3 Tbsp plus 1 tsp rice vinegar (apple cider works too)
- 3 Tbsp. peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. raw honey
- ½ tsp. ketchup (organic)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Chill until ready to eat.
