Ginger Dressing

Sam’s mom got this recipe from a chef at one of their favorite Asian restaurants, The Mustard Seed. It is a delicious gluten-free dressing that can be used on salads, noodles, salmon, vegetables and much more.

AND it’s a perfect compliment to the Spring Roll Salad  Sam came up with. Genius idea, right? It’s more than just removing the rice paper… promise.. especially with this dressing!

And, as always, we send you LOVE and PEACE without GREASE!
