A fresh and light dressing to add an extra zing to your green. Combine with our Green Apple Coleslaw or Mandarin Coleslaw and you’ve got yourself something worth drooling over. At the Green Glam party this St. Patty’s Day, this was truly the party favorite.
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup olive
- 2 Tbls. raw honey
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- Hot sauce of choice to taste (I used Tapatio)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Consume immediately or save for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
